Well, I have a recipe which is easily changed in fat and rich in fiber ........ can be low whey is actually a product of low-fat milk (are) despite the name, not directly. You can split the butter in half, and sub 1 / 4 cup wheat bran 1 / 4 cup A / P flour. (Or use 1 / 2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 / 4 cup flour A / P). It may be necessary to add a little butter at the end of the first two pancakes and the batter had to create a bit thicker and then.

To achieve this goal, take the butter on them, and instead of honey, fresh fruit or make fruit sauce w / fresh or frozen blue / black / rasp / strawberries.

Best Pancakes

1 cup butter
1 egg, room temperature
3 tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Place the butter, eggs and melted butter in a bowl. Shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth and blended.

Flour, salt and baking powder in small bowl. Stir in the buttermilk mixture only until dry ingredientsare moistened - leave the smaller pieces.

Heat a frying pan or grill over medium heat. Grease lightly and 3 tablespoons batter per pancake. Bake until a few bubbles form and break up. Turn the tortilla over .. and cook until golden brown, not too long.

These are the best pancakes and nothing else compares to this! Enjoy.

Makes about 6-8 pancakes.

Skimmed milk powder + water.
Remember, wheat germ oil rich in fats technically, even if it is good for you.
Use a non-stick iron seasoned. Soak a paper towel in a teaspoon or so of vegetable oil and rub on the plate. This should be sufficient. Fat is fat, it may even be able to record a few calories.
